Incorrect Order: Refunds for orders are at the discretion of the restaurant. Please contact the restaurant directly and let them know why you would like to be refunded.
Store Closed: If your order was placed and the store was closed, it will likely be automatically refunded to your credit card! You should receive an email/text or app notification from Snackpass within 10 minutes of the order being placed about the cancellation, and the money should go back on your card within 3 business days.
If the store was closed and you do NOT receive a notification from us about the refund, please message us the name of the store, and we will look into the issue for you.
