If a customer writes in an add on request that costs additional money, you can change the pricing on a live order using your Snackpass tablet and the directions below:

Open Snackpass POS app on the tablet

  1. Tap “Orders”
  2. Find the customer name listed in the orders
  3. Select customer name
  4. Tap “Refund/Adjust Price”
  5. Select “Charge Customer Extra (upcharge)
  6. Confirm the amount of the adjustment
  7. Tap “confirm.”
